Personal training at Priority Fitness means exactly that: personal. Before your first session, your trainer takes the time to understand your movement history, your goals, and what your body needs right now. We meet you where you are and build from there:

  • Programming is built from that conversation, not from a template

  • Your training evolves with you as your goals and your body change

  • Whether you are building long-term strength, recovering from an injury, or preparing for a performance goal, the plan is yours from session one

Every session is appointment-only and one-on-one. No open floor, no waiting, no strangers watching you work. When you arrive, your trainer is prepared for you specifically, with a session designed around where you are that day. This is what private training actually looks like when you take the word seriously.

Whether you're 25 or 105, one of the most important investments you can make is building the strength to live actively and independently. Our trainers specialize in functional programming that builds real-world capability: the strength to carry groceries, travel comfortably, stay off the bench, and keep doing the things you love for decades to come.

FOR THE ATHLETE

Training for a race, a season, or a specific performance goal? Your trainer builds a strength program that complements your sport, addresses your weak points, and keeps you healthy enough to train consistently. No generic programs, just focused work built around your race calendar and your body.

YOUR FORMAT, YOUR CHOICE

  • One-on-one: full individual focus, every session built around you

  • Buddy session: same personalized programming and attention, shared with a training partner

  • Half-and-half: 30 minutes of personal training paired with 30 minutes of assisted stretching, all in one appointment

A Team Behind Every Session

You're not required to commit to a single trainer. Our coaches stay in regular communication with each other, so your progress, preferences, and programming follow you across the team. Work with one trainer consistently, or train with several. Either way, everyone who works with you knows where you are.
