Personal Training
For every goal, every stage. Private, one-on-one sessions in our Park Slope Studio designed around where you are right now. Whether you are focused on functional movement, building strength for the long haul, or working through a health challenge, your trainer builds a program specifically for you. Strength & Conditioning
In-studio performance training for serious athletes. Led exclusively by Ben Kessel, CSCS and Anna Carlson, CSCS, our strength and conditioning programming is built for athletes who need a real performance program, not a general workout. Sport-specific, science-driven, and tailored to your physiology, your sport, and your goals.
Assisted Stretching
Move better. Hurt less. Stay private. One-on-one, practitioner-led flexibility and mobility work in a closed studio setting. Designed to restore range of motion, reduce chronic tension, and support long-term physical health. Want the full picture?
