This Is How We Do Introductions
At Priority Fitness, every new client starts the same way: with two real training sessions, not a sales pitch or a watered-down orientation. You'll fill out a brief intake form online before your first visit so your trainer knows your history, your goals, and anything worth knowing before you walk through the door. From there, you train. Both sessions are the full experience, real work, real guidance, and a real sense of what training here feels like day to day.
The Intro Offer is available exclusively to first-time clients and is your chance to train with one of our personal trainers before committing to anything. No pressure. Just two good sessions.

Here's What You Get For $149.95
Two full personal training sessions at one of Park Slope's most established private training studios. Each session is appointment-only, one-on-one, and tailored to where you are right now. Your trainer will review your intake form, factor in your goals and any movement history worth knowing, and build your sessions around you from the start.
This is not a trial class. It's not a group orientation. It's personal training, the way it's meant to be.
A Real Intake, Not a Formality
Before your first session, you'll complete a brief health history form. Your trainer uses it. It shapes how they approach your training from day one, so you're not starting from scratch or explaining yourself mid-workout.
Two Full Sessions with a Personal Trainer
Both visits are complete personal training sessions with a dedicated trainer, not a tour, not a trial class, and not a shorter version of the real thing. You get the full Priority Fitness experience, twice, before you decide anything.
Your trainer takes detailed session notes from both visits. Those notes stay with your profile, so if you choose to work with other members of the team down the line, everyone who trains you starts with a complete picture of where you began and how you move.
No Commitment Beyond the Offer
The Intro Offer is exactly what it says: an introduction. If you love it and want to keep training, your trainer can talk through options. If the timing isn't right, there's no hard sell. We'd rather earn your business than pressure you into it.
Meet The Team
Your intro sessions are led by one of our personal trainers, each bringing their own background and specialty to the floor. Before you book, take a minute to get to know who trains here.
