Benjamin Kessel graduated SUNY Buffalo with a degree in Personal Health & Wellness Training. He is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, Specialist in Performance Nutrition, a certified USAT & USATF coach, and holds a CSCS certification. Ben was a collegiate athlete and actively participates in triathlons. He was on Team USA 2019, an Ironman finisher and also the official Strength and Conditioning coach and President of the Brooklyn Tri Club. Ben has over 15 years of experience training athletes.
Liz is an energetic and dedicated trainer with 6 years of experience teaching with a focus in Muay Thai kickboxing. She is a World Champion Silver medalist and has (and still is) competing for 13+ years as a kickboxer. Liz has an education background in psychology and physical well being which allows her to connect to people through multiple levels. She strongly believes that health & wellness is comprised of conscious lifestyle choices which are necessary for longevity and happiness.
Laura graduated with a B.S in Health Science and is currently earning an M.A in Health Education and Promotion. With a background in physical therapy, she specializes in corrective exercise, sport specific training and plyometric conditioning. She supports the philosophy that core stability is the foundation of effective movement and body posture. She enjoys exercising, music and the written and spoken arts in her spare time.
A Chicago native Emily has been training In New York for over two years. Former Seamstress on tour with the circus she found that the fitness world was calling. She completed the Personal Training program at Swedish Institute of Science and Technology in Manhattan in the spring of 2015. She still continues to run, box, and eats deep dish pizza.
Libby is our British trainer from London, and has 33 years experience of playing field hockey, 10 years of endurance sports training including half ironman and marathon races. NASM Personal Trainer Certificate, TRX Suspension and TRX functional Training Certificate, Corrective Exercise certification and Pre and Postpartum certification can offer a rounded training regimen for those who want to lose weight and tone, to those who want to perform better and push their cardio and strength training.
