Alla Sklovskiy, CFT Alla Sklovskiy is a certified personal trainer, achieved a B.A. degree in Exercise Science from Brooklyn College and is currently pursuing a degree in nursing from St Paul's School of Nursing. Helen Henry, CFT Helen began her career in fitness at an early age, when at 8 years old she was a competitive swimmer. She then moved on to the triathlon, earning gold in the Ukraine in her age category, and silver in the European championships. Later, her concentration was focused on sea sport competition (swimming, running, shooting, sailing and row). During her years of practice she has worked as an A.C.E. certified trainer and swim instructor.

Kat Bringle, CFT Kat has been helping clients in Park Slope reach their fitness goals for the past 7 years. Her classes and one-on-one sessions are upbeat, full of variety, and challenging, so be prepared to sweat and have fun! Kat is a certified Pilate’s instructor, A.C.E. certified trainer, and holds additional certifications in pre and post natal fitness, life style and weight management, and nutrition. Kat’s teaching style is influenced by her experiences as a professional dancer, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree at Columbia University in Occupational Therapy.

James Lee, M.S., L. Ac. James Lee is a New York State Licensed Acupuncturist and NCCAOM diplomat. He began his path as an acupuncturist after earning his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Ramapo State College of New Jersey in 2000. In 2001, he enrolled at Tri-State College of Acupuncture in New York City, renowned for it eclectic and diverse curriculum and studied under esteemed masters such as Mark Seem and Kiiko Matsumoto. In 2004, James Lee received his Masters Degree in Acupuncture and has since then been practicing acupuncture with the hope and desire to improve the quality of life of others.

Brenda, LMT Brenda is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist and a graduate of the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences. She firmly believes that structure governs function and has helped many people move better and feel more comfortable in their bodies. She also frequently assists athletes training for events.
