At Priority Fitness we offer many different options to ensure your fitness experience is
complete.  Each Service is unique and can be used separately or in combination,
depending on your goals and needs.
Personal Training
You have an idea of how you want your body to look, perform and most importantly feel.  You may have even been
to the gym, made the effort, and still seen little or no result.  You may be thinking that maybe your body just can’t
change…but that simply isn’t true, and Personal Training can help get you where you want to be.  

Our fully certified and experienced Personal Training staff will guide you through the process of finding
exercises that work for your body and lifestyle in a private one-on-one environment, while also helping you
implement these new ideas into your everyday life.  Make a statement that you, your positive self image, and your
health are worth it!
Nutrition
In order for a car to run efficiently with no complications, it has to be powered by the correct fuel. It’s the
same thing for a human body. The fuel we chose for our body is the determining factor for achieving
quicker results, reaching more goals, and the attainment of overall health.

The beauty of Priority Fitness Nutrition is its flexibility in helping you at any stage of your nutritional
education. Our program is progressive and goal-oriented. Rather than giving you a list of  things to do
without any reasoning, we make sure you understand the rationale of your actions. This learning
experience will stay with you for the rest of your life.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a healing practice that has been used for thousands of years in China and is still practiced
throughout the world. Through the insertion of hair-like needles that are disposable and sterile into specific
points on the body, a person's health can be prodded to regain harmony.

There are many ways to look at Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, but the most basic view is that when
there is balance there are no problems. Only when something is out of balance, do we experience illness or
pain. Acupuncture is a way to influence the body back into balance and therefore back to health.

regular massage can positively affect muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints and connective tissues that
may be causing discomfort.  Allowing the body to relax properly promotes the type of healing and growth that
are the underpinnings of leading what is considered a healthy lifestyle.  Plus, a massage just feels good,
doesn’t it?
