Either as a stand-alone or addition to your fitness regiment, Small Group Fitness Classes can
help you continue to move in the right direction.  Being part of a regular guided group can allow
for that extra motivation you need to make it through a tough workout, or a new class can allow

Bootylicious

A class designed to strengthen, tone & lift a
powerful group of muscles…your gluteus! Ideally
focused on improving sports performance with
the added benefit of making the most out of your
booty!
Pilates

A mat based body conditioning routine that helps to
not only build flexibility, but also strength endurance,
and coordination in the legs, abdominals, arms and
back.
Kettlebell/ Intro Kettlebell

Our International Kettlebell Fitness Federation
certified trainer will properly instruct you in the use of
the Kettlebell or girya (Russian) Focusing on body
alignment, hand positions, technique drills, strength &
flexibility. All levels are welcome for Intro Kettlebell, but
must have instructor permission to join higher level
class.
Full Body

If your fitness goals include; weight loss, core strength
& toning your body then this is your class. Suitable for
all levels of fitness.
Bootcamp

Jump rope drills, pushups, superman plank, burpees,
squat jumps, HIIT training at its best. All levels of
fitness welcome.

Kickboxing  

a combination of aerobics, boxing and martial arts,
This intense total-body workout can improve strength,
aerobic capacity, flexibility, coordination and balance.
Pulse

Pulse is an intensive muscle sculpting method, set to
upbeat contemporary music, systematically designed
to create a lean, sculpted physique through dynamic
abdominal, arm, glute, and thigh work. Blending the
best of Pilates, Barre, Cardio, and Stretch, Pulse will
make you sleeker and stronger.
TRX

Developed by the navy seals, TRX is a new form of
body weight exercise called suspension training.
Suspension training teachs your body to work as one
unit like a machine, rather than isolated movements
that only focus on one group of muscles at a time, to
surpass your fitness goals!
Restorative Yoga

Based on the foundation of many different yoga styles and
fitness modalities this restorative yoga practice will reconnect
the mind and body to a balanced state. Flowing sun and moon
salutations lead into the exploration transformative postures.
Regardless of your experience or your current physical state this
yoga provides a risk-free environment to investigate the
mind-body connection for the first time and a life time.
Open Level/Vinyasa Yoga

A challenging and playful practice focused on strong alignment,
strength & flexibility to build endurance in the body and mind.
Modifications will be given for all levels of practice. Beginners
are welcome.
