I have never worked with a trainer before
Stepping into a gym can be a daunting experience. Moreover, it's often the case
that we end up doing the same exercises over and over again. It's human nature!
We do what makes us most comfortable. Working with a trainer will enable you to
learn about the different muscle groups, to give you different routines, but most
importantly, to get you used to working out! Let's face it; no one is waiting for you
at the gym! You can just as easily skip it and say you'll go tomorrow (we've all
been there!). Anyone will agree that sticking with a work out regiment is one of the
hardest things to do. Ensuring that you will work out on a consistent basis by

guide you through the experience, to teach you how your body works
